 The conference begins at 8am on the morning of Saturday, August 26th, 2006.

 

The conference ends at 4pm on Monday, August 28th, 2006 and if you are not volunteering to clean up we ask that you please leave the campgrounds so that AWBC volunteers can clean-up as the AWBC strives to leave every venue cleaner than when the AWBC found it.

 

People who volunteer to help clean up the conference can stay until 9am, Tuesday August 29th, 2006.

All are welcome in the AWBC/Bienvenidos.

 

No registration or pre-registration is necessary for the conference. The conference does not charge anyone for any services. No one will be turned away. The keynote speaker's night, all workshops, meals, tea, coffee, all festivals, community childcare, camping space and exhibition space in the International Grassroots and Networking Exhibition are all completely free of charge.

 

When you get to the Registration booth of Milo McIver Park, please tell them you are with ‘Club Camping’ registered with the ‘Institute of Pamela.’  Then drive to Campsite 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 or 52.  You can set up your tent to camp there.  If you are not camping, workshops, exhibitions and festivals will take place in H1.

 

 

If you are an AWBC volunteer, or you have children, senior citizens or physically challenged people in your group you can drive to A3 or A1.  You can set up your tent to camp there.  If you are not camping, workshops, exhibitions and festivals will take place in H1.

 

ONLY If you are an AWBC volunteer, or you have children, senior citizens or physically challenged people in your group you can drive to A40.  You can set up your tent to camp there.

 

ONLY If you are an AWBC volunteer, you can drive and camp in site A38.  You can set up your tent to camp there and all food donations should be dropped off there.   

 

If you are not camping, workshops, exhibitions and more will take place in H1.
